We need a small collection of information to improve our service and to streamline contracting and working with you.
Main contacts – will need to hold the main contact in order to make it easier to keep in touch about your contractual relationship with us and your account, as well as any shifts or changes to the products we offer and updates to our packages and services. You need to notify us immediately if your main contact changes for us to update our data.
Financial contacts – we will also require contact for invoicing so that it’s faster and more effective to implement the finances regarding your account. If we have received from your contact details of a financial director or contacts in a finance department, these will be stored in exactly the same way, and only use if needed to discuss financial matters with you.
Management contacts – if we have received from your information about managers or directors in your business or organization, these are kept and these may be used to contact your business or organization in the event that we can’t reach the main contact person.
Do we send marketing emails?
